Article 1 – Purpose
These terms govern the sales made by the Tempo Latino Vic Association (3 rue du Général Delort, BP25, 32190 Vic-Fezensac) of products marketed on the website boutique-tempolatino.com.
Article 2 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs.
For orders shipped outside mainland France, you are considered the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties, local taxes or import duties may be payable. These charges are not the responsibility of the Tempo Latino Vic Association and shall be borne entirely by the customer.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.
Tempo Latino Vic reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Tempo Latino Vic until full payment has been received.
Once the customer takes physical possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to the customer.

Contractual information is provided in French and confirmed at the latest at the time of order validation.
Tempo Latino Vic reserves the right to refuse payment or to cancel an order, particularly in the event of supply issues or difficulties related to the order received.
Article 4 – Order validation
Any order placed on the website boutique-tempolatino.com implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the transaction and serves as proof thereof.
A summary of the order and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
Article 5 – Payment
Order validation implies an obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payments are made by credit card via the secure Payplug system.
The card is debited at the time of shipment. In the case of partial deliveries, only the shipped items are charged.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products.
Returns must be made in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply as provided by Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 7 – Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, the order will be cancelled and no charge will be made.
Tempo Latino Vic reserves the right to refuse orders of more than five identical items.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during ordering.
In the event of delivery delays, customers will be informed by email.
Tempo Latino Vic cannot be held liable for delays due to customer unavailability.
Article 9 – Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Article 10 – Liability
Products comply with French law. Tempo Latino Vic cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with laws in the country of delivery.
Article 11 – Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All content on boutique-tempolatino.com remains the exclusive property of Tempo Latino Vic.
Article 13 – Personal data
Personal data is collected for order processing and service improvement, in compliance with French law.
Article 14 – Archiving
Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium in accordance with French Civil Code provisions.
